PSV Driver (PM shift) - Earnings of up to £40,000 plus tips

We’re currently looking for an experienced PSV Driver to join our team at our Dartford depot, working a PM / evening shift.
The Role
This is a varied and responsible role, ideal for a professional driver who enjoys a mix of driving and depot‑based duties.
Shift pattern:
- Monday to Friday, 15:00–00:00
- A 6th day every other weekend, paid at enhanced rates
In addition to driving duties, the role will include relief and support duties at the depot, such as:
- Vehicle and depot movements
- Supporting the cleaning team
- General operational support as required
As a Centaur Driver, you’ll be the face of our business, delivering safe, comfortable, and professional journeys across a wide range of work, including:
- Regular contracted services (local and regional)
- Private hire work
- Corporate and sports travel for high‑profile clients
- UK national tours
- International tours across Europe
Our client base includes education, corporate organisations, sports teams, media and tourism, offering real variety and high‑quality operations.
Pay & Earnings
- £130–£200 per day, depending on duty
- Enhanced rates for weekends and private hire
- Typical annual earnings £38,000–£40,000
- Additional earnings through passenger tips
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’s professional PSV driving experience (essential)
- Valid PCV (Category D) licence
- Driver CPC card
- Digital Tachograph Card (support available to obtain this if needed)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and conscientious, with a strong focus on consistency and standards
- Smart, presentable and professional appearance at all times
