We are looking for an Employment Legal Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing vital preliminary legal advice on employment matters.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls promptly, professionally, and in line with company standards.
- Provide preliminary advice on employment matters via telephone and email based on your legal training.
- Log client instructions accurately and keep our internal case management system fully updated.
- Strictly adhere to Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) guidelines and data protection regulations.
- Manage your daily workload to meet strict deadlines and complete general administrative tasks to keep the department running smoothly.
Essential Criteria:
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification
- A‑level (A*–C) or equivalent in English Language
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Desirable:
- CILEx Level 3 or working towards
- Studied Employment Law or have some Employment law experience.
- Experience working to targets and handling case progression
