You’ll combine hands-on cooking with leadership responsibility,ensuring every service runs smoothly and every plate leaves the kitchen to specification.
Your day-to-day:

Delivering dishes cooked and presented to company specification

Supporting the daily operation of the kitchen

Managing stock,orders,invoices and food profit

Coaching and developing junior chefs

Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards
What you’ll need:

Experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef

Strong knowledge of classic cooking techniques

Confidence running sections during busy services
-
A calm,organised approach under pressure
