Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Solar Technician to join our renewable energy team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about renewable energy and eager to develop their technical skills in a dynamic environment.

About the Role
You will work closely with a lead engineer to perform high-quality rooftop solar installations. This position includes full training to support your development within the company.
Requirements
- Full clean driving licence with a minimum of 12 months driving experience
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to all on-site Health & Safety protocols and Tool Box Talks.
- Installation Quality: Completion of installations to the "Phoenix Standard" with minimal snagging.
- Efficiency: Meeting daily installation targets and project milestones as directed by the Lead Engineer.
- Professional Development: Consistent progression through training modules and on-the-job competency assessments.
Salary & Compensation
- Starting salary: £26,000 – £28,000.
- Compensation will be reviewed upon successful completion of your probation period, based on your experience and performance.
