Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our moulton park Northampton office. This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and expert advice and support for sales, issues and returns. The position is based in moulton park Northampton, GB. Once trained and competent the role can be worked remotely once approved with split time between the office and home.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting bathroom products that suit their needs.
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Deal with issues, returns and any other help post sales.
- Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in similar customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong analysis skills to understand customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service within the home improvement or related industry is advantageous.

Pay: £24,420.00-£38,781.80 per year
