__ The Role __
We are looking for an organised, confident and approachable person to take ownership of customer enquiries, sales follow-up and everyday office administration at EKS JDM.
Initially this will be a 12 month contract, with the potential for it to become permanent.
- Calls & Enquiries: Answer incoming phone calls and manage new and existing emails through HubSpot, ensuring enquiries and sales opportunities are properly recorded and followed up.
- Lead Follow-Up: Review new, old and inactive leads, including previous quotations and projects, and contact customers by phone or email to establish the next step.
- Previous Customers: Keep in touch with existing customers, follow up on completed work and identify opportunities for future servicing, repairs, upgrades or parts.
- Business PA & Administration: Support Rich, the company director, with tasks, reminders, customer communication and general administration. Rich is a supportive and likeable character who will provide guidance throughout the role.
- Front of House & Upkeep: Welcome customers and keep the office, reception and surrounding customer-facing areas clean, organised and inviting.
__ Location, Hours & Contract __
- Location: EKS JDM HQ, Headcorn, Kent.
- Working Pattern: This is an on-site role, Monday to Friday.
- Hours: Flexible for the right person, but broadly based around 9:00am to 5:00pm, five days per week.
- Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Contract: Initially offered on a contract basis, with the intention of developing into a permanent position for the right person.

__ Requirements __
- Experience, and interest in cars is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Able to commute reliably to EKS JDM HQ, Monday to Friday.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries, tasks and follow-ups.
- Comfortable contacting customers by telephone and email.
- Confident using computers, email and customer management systems. HubSpot experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Proactive and comfortable following things up rather than waiting to be reminded.
- Calm, approachable and professional when dealing with customers.
- Comfortable working within a practical garage environment.
__ Technical Support __
This is not a technical role.
You will be supported by Rich, an experienced industry specialist, alongside a team of technically minded people.
Technical questions can be passed to the appropriate person, allowing you to focus on communication, organisation, customer care and follow-up.

We service, repair, tune and build enthusiast vehicles, while developing a growing parts operation.
We are expanding our systems, customer experience and team to support the next stage of sustainable growth.
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
