Duties
- Live in position, free accommodation in a 3 bed flat upstairs
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair
- Maintain optimal stock levels of beer, spirits, mixers, and glassware; assist with inventory management
- Support food preparation activities to ensure timely service and high-quality presentation
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items
- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing bar areas, equipment, and utensils to uphold health standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink service during busy periods
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to ensure an enjoyable experience for all
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality settings such as restaurants, bars, or hotels is highly desirable
- Knowledge of beverage service standards
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
