About the Role:
Retaw Services Ltd provides professional Legionella risk assessment, hot and cold water monitoring, cleaning and disinfection, microbiological sampling and Legionella training.
We support hospitals, schools, care homes, hotels, and commercial premises throughout the UK, ensuring safe and compliant water systems for every site.
We also provide HVAC as well as Mechanical and Engineering support services
Based in the beautiful village of Passfield, the Retaw Group has experienced consistent increased business growth, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Office Administrator to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in administration and gain valuable experience in a professional office environment.
No previous office experience is required, as full training will be provided.
We are seeking a reliable individual with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Greeting visitors and assisting with enquiries
- Managing incoming and outgoing emails
- Filing, scanning, and maintaining company records
- Data entry and updating internal systems
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with general office administration tasks
- Supporting colleagues with day-to-day administrative duties
- Maintaining office supplies and stationery stock
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Professional and friendly manner
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Desirable
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Previous customer service or administrative experience (beneficial but not required)
