We are currently recruiting Front of House staff for several of our clients across Central and South London, including venues in Soho, Covent Garden, Waterloo, and Shoreditch. Roles range from busy high-volume restaurants to trendy brunch spots and casual dining spaces, with both daytime and evening shifts available.
You’ll be the welcoming face of the venue—greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks smoothly. You’ll also keep the dining area clean and organized, handle payments via the POS system, and collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure everyone gets top-tier service.
What we're looking for:
- Friendly and approachable with a confident, welcoming demeanor
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for looking after people
- Able to handle a busy, fast-paced service without losing your head
- Comfortable managing cash and card payments accurately
- Good at keeping a clean, tidy, and organized floor or section
- Reliable, punctual, and happy to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous restaurant or floor experience preferred, but full training is available for the right person
- Conversational English
