We offer a job vacancy for an experienced, Property Manager to join our Banff Office.
We are looking for an experienced, professional and highly motivated Property Manager to work within our busy Banff Office. This will be a great opportunity for an individual with proven estate agency experience, a passion for customer service and ambition to achieve great results.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-presented individual to initially work with our local branch managers who will share their knowledge, experience and give training to ensure our firms Legal/Estate Agency software is accurately maintained at all times.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all estate agency matters:- attending at properties, advising clients on pricing, drafting sales particulars, taking photographs, preparing virtual tours, negotiating sales and generating new business leads. Experience of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and a good knowledge of Banff and the surrounding area is essential.
