Job Description:
We are Kent based care provider, seeking a Registered Manager to oversee our residential seafront care home with a Dementia specialism in the Kent area.
The Registered Manager will:· Oversee the running of this established home and ensure it’s continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements;
· Lead, develop, train and motivate an established staff team to continue to deliver the very highest standards of care.
· Have full autonomy on the running of the home with support from the senior leadership team.
The Registered Manager will need:
· Experience of holding registration for Elderly care or nursing home settings.
· Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
· Ideally experience in a Dementia specialist setting.
· Good organizational and staff management skills.
· The drive and motivation to run an established home with full autonomy.
Must have a minimum of two years experience in managerial post.
In return the successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of up to £45-50k and the opportunity to develop a well-established residential care home.
