Planning and assessing learning in line with the curriculum
Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
Promoting high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and wellbeing
Developing your skills with the support of experienced school leaders and mentors
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or is due to achieve it)
Is passionate about making a positive difference in young people's lives
Has excellent communication and classroom management skills
Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn
Can build positive relationships with students and colleagues
Holds an Enhanced DBS (or is happy for us to assist with obtaining one)
Is registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willing to register
