Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain accurate records through efficient data entry and management of customer information.
- Assist customers with product or service-related issues, providing clear solutions and guidance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer experience and maximise sales.
- Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
- Follow organisational procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are highly advantageous; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt tone according to the audience.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional demeanour when engaging with customers.
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and identify upselling opportunities effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
