We are looking for a reliable and experienced Electrician to undertake a wide range of electrical testing and maintenance on behalf of one of our biggest social housing clients.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- To undertake the role of electrician in accordance with Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 and carry out repairs which will include rewiring and upgrade work to domestic and commercial properties, carry out minor electrical repairs, test and remedy faults. Test, record and certify all tasks in line with current wiring regulations.
- Required to inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for repairs or replacements to ensure compliance with the relevant British Standard.
- Able to fault find and making electrical systems safe, wherever necessary

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (BS 7671).
