Showroom Receptionist - Maternity Cover - Fixed Term for up to 6 months
Please note this is a PART TIME role.
Working approximately 22 hours per week on a rota as part of a team of 3 people - Monday to Saturday - and must be able to cover colleagues absence / Holidays.

If you have excellent customer service skills, a friendly manner, are flexible, organised and able to work under your own initiative you could be our ideal candidate.
Of smart appearance you will need an excellent telephone manner and previous experience of operating telephone systems and be competent at using IT packages.
Main duties and responsibilities include;
- To act as the initial point of contact for all telephone enquiries, personal visitors and our customers. Inbound calls account for a significant part of this role and you’ll be required to respond in a professional and efficient manner
- Liaising with colleagues across all areas of the business to ensure all information is passed on in a timely and appropriate way
- Meeting and greeting of personal callers, providing information and signposting them to the appropriate department
- Ensuring the hospitality area is kept tidy and welcoming
This is a fixed term contract of up to 6 months to cover maternity leave.
