Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their visit.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure all guest requests are handled efficiently.
- Serve drinks and food promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to requests courteously and professionally.
- Upsell drinks, bottles, and venue offerings to enhance the guest experience.
- Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation throughout the shift.
- Work closely with bar staff, management, and fellow team members to ensure smooth service.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times.
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, bars, clubs, restaurants, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced club environment.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Basic maths skills for handling bills and payments accurately.
- Confidence in recommending and upselling products and services.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts.
