Job Title: Baker
Location: Rise & Bun, Soho, London W1F
Hours: 5:00am – 1:00pm
Pay: £14.00 – £17.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Rise & Bun is a new artisan bakery opening in the heart of Soho, specialising in fresh buns — from classic cinnamon buns to a variety of unique flavours and seasonal creations. We are passionate about quality, consistency, and creating exceptional products for our customers every day.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team and help produce our range of freshly baked buns.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality buns (cinnamon buns and other varieties) consistently
- Oversee dough preparation, proofing, baking, and finishing
- Work independently during early morning shifts
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Ensure products are baked and presented to a consistently high standard
- Assist with stock rotation and ingredient management
Requirements
- At least 2 years' bakery experience, ideally working with buns, pastries, or enriched doughs
- Skilled in dough handling, proofing, and baking
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for quality baked products
