About the Role
We are currently recruiting Cleaning Operatives for a brand new leisure centre in West Drayton.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team, with both full-time and part-time positions available, offering a variety of structured shifts across the week.
We are recruiting across the following shifts
Monday to Friday
PM Shift: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
*Flexibility across other shifts is highly desirable - although not essential
Duties & Responsibilities
- General cleaning of the leisure centre
- Cleaning of changing villages and shower areas
- Maintaining communal areas and reception spaces
- Cleaning offices and function rooms
- Use of cleaning equipment, including floor scrubber machines (where required)
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Experience using scrubber machines is advantageous (training can be provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends where required
- Strong attention to detail
