With a strong reputation for quality, safety and reliability, they are continuing to expand and are now looking for hardworking, motivated Hygiene Operatives to join their growing teams.

Key Responsibilities
As a Hygiene Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining high biosecurity and cleanliness standards across poultry sites nationwide:
- Applying foam detergents inside poultry sheds using pressure-washing equipment
- Carrying out high-pressure cleaning of internal equipment and structures
- Sanitising floors, walls, ventilation systems and surfaces
- Cleaning and disinfecting tools, boots, control rooms and other equipment
- Pressure washing external areas including yards, pathways and perimeter zones
- Cleaning feed bin bases and external farm equipment
- Ensuring safe handling and disposal of waste materials
- Following all hygiene, health & safety, and biosecurity protocols
Teamwork & Travel
- Work closely within a small, supportive mobile team
- Assist with loading and unloading of equipment
- Travel nationwide to various poultry farms (transport provided)
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude on-site
Requirements
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away when required
- Good level of physical fitness (manual, outdoor work)
- Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Desirable (not essential):
- Previous experience in hygiene, cleaning, or pressure washing roles
Working Pattern
- 5–6 days per week (depending on workload)
- Early starts required due to travel and site access
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
