Children's Coach -
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who wants to make a difference in young people's lives and who wants to be a part of a team that is making waves within the residential care sector.
As a Children's Coach you will be part of a team that supports looked after children in a home environment, we are particularly interested in working with people who have stand-out leadership characteristics and genuinely want to make a difference in young people's lives.
We have a supportive coaching culture that emphasizes no blame, we are keen to work with people interested in supporting people to learn and grow and want to work with people who this aligns with.
Your duties will revolve around looking after children who have suffered adverse childhood experience and require to be cared for outside of their family home. Each day is different, it is unique and can be led by you!
Shift are 12 hours long and you will work a mix of days and weekend.
