The Opportunity
We are seeking driven and compassionate Associate Freelance Clinicians to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who want flexibility, strong earning potential, and the chance to contribute to meaningful community impact.
You will play a key role in supporting individuals within your local communities, helping us achieve our vision of accessible, high-quality mental health care.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for clinicians who:
· Are motivated, proactive, and community-focused
· Are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
· Are aligned with a holistic and compassionate approach to therapy
· Want to contribute to the growth and development of a social enterprise
· Are fully qualified in their respective modality (PWP, CBT, Counselling, IPT, EMDR, etc.)
· Are registered/accredited with relevant professional bodies (e.g., BABCP, BACP, UKCP)

Pay: £32,400.00-£48,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
