Due to continued growth, we are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently using our warehouse management software, Mintsoft.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately using the Mintsoft system
- Printing shipping labels and preparing parcels for dispatch
- Processing inbound stock deliveries and booking stock into the warehouse
- Carrying out stock checks and inventory counts
- Preparing Amazon FBA shipments where required
- Maintaining warehouse organisation and cleanliness
- Ensuring all orders are dispatched within agreed deadlines
- Reporting stock discrepancies or operational issues to management
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- Experience using warehouse/order management software is desirable (Mintsoft experience advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
