- Previous experience managing teams within a warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or operational environment
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that support operational and business objectives
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering results and getting things right first time
- Strong customer focus and ability to drive operational standards
