We are seeking a passionate and skilled Street Food Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of street food dishes in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality meals to our customers. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook a diverse range of street food dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared safely, maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in the organisation of the kitchen, including stock rotation and cleanliness
- Serve food promptly and efficiently to customers, ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas in a clean, organised manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Follow all health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, ideally within a restaurant or street food environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
- Experience with meal preparation and serving in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak times
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
