Pennies Day Nurseries at Mark Cross require a Nursery Assistant to support our team in the mornings to help welcome children into the nursery, assist in the nursery rooms with the children's morning activities. The role will require you to work between the hours of 6.45 am - 11.30 am (there is potential for longer hours to cover the lunch time period), Monday to Friday.
NVQ qualification and experience of working with children is desirable but not essential. Please note this role is not term time.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood development and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery space.
- Support the lead nursery staff in managing classroom dynamics and fostering positive relationships among children.
- Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and safety standards.
