Café Manager – Haymarket, Edinburgh We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Café Manager to join our café within a relaxed co-working office in Haymarket, Edinburgh, starting in September. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in great coffee and customer service, and wants a role with excellent weekday hours and no evenings or weekends. Full training and support will be provided. What we offer £27,000 per year Monday–Thursday: 8:15am–3:30pm Friday: 8:15am–2:00pm. No evenings or weekends. Generous holiday allowance. A relaxed, welcoming co-working environment About you We’re looking for someone who: Has experience working independently in a café Is confident making great coffee Can prepare light food and keep the café clean and well organised Is proactive, reliable and comfortable taking responsibility Enjoys providing friendly, welcoming service to regular customers Can keep the café running smoothly throughout the day Full training will be provided, so we’re looking for the right attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality as much as experience.
