Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards
- Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance and uphold responsible alcohol service policies
- Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle transactions with integrity
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including beverages, garnishes, and utensils, to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Strong bartending skills including mixing drinks, garnishing, and understanding drink menus
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and positive interactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
