The Role
This is a hands on leadership position where you’ll lead the front of house team and ensure every guest receives the high standard of service we are known for.
You’ll be someone who enjoys being on the floor, engaging with guests, supporting your team, and creating an atmosphere that keeps people coming back.
Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating the front of house team
- Ensuring exceptional customer experiences every service
- Maintaining the high standards our reputation is built on
- Working closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service
- Overseeing stock control and ordering
- Helping develop new events, themed nights, and promotions
- Driving repeat business and building strong relationships with guests
