We are looking for a Multi-Trade Operative to carry out multiple aspects of building work around Essex in our clients' residential homes with skills and knowledge in Kitchen/bathroom fitting Door Fitting/Window Fitting,Brickwork, Carpentry,Removal of walls ,Installing lintels concrete/steel,stud/block wall installtion,Plastering,dry lining,Cladding Instaltion,loft hatch installation, loft conversion/extensions, Foundation installation/subfloor installation including latex and floating floors,flooring installation from laminate to vinly and tiling, basic knowledge in plumbing works and electrics, roofing repairs, installtion for tiles,felt and fiberglass, Gutting installation, Garden Room/Conservatery installation,Deckinging Installation . The role requires you to have access to your own van as a must and flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work independently to a high standard with strong problem-solving abilities and experience in all these areas
The more skills you have the better it is as we do all aspects of work inside and outside of residental buildings and need a Applicant with a wealth of knowledge and skills
Monday to Friday
For this position, you should have knowledge in most aspects of the building trades listed below:
- Perform a wide range of construction tasks across different trades, such as Kitchen Fitting, Bathroom Fitting ,Carpentry, Bricklaying,Roofing,Guttering,Cladding, Plumbing, Plastering, Drylining. tiling, Door fitting, and Window fitting,Foundation installation,subfloor installation, extensions Flooring Installation and Ceiling removel and installation,Wall Removal and installation,Garden Room Installtion,Conservatory Instation,Decking instaltions.
- Analyze challenges and obstacles encountered during construction tasks and be able to communicate with the team for problem-solving.
- Use your skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard, while ensuring clients’ homes are left tidy once work is completed.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during repairs or installations, employing problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a polite demeanor with customers and be able to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Procure necessary materials and ensure their availability on the construction site.
Requirements
- Own van and tools is a must.
- Able to provide knowledge of trades and show proof of previous work.
- Must be reliable and willing to travel to jobs within Essex.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team when needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £200.00-£240.00 per day
