About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, compassionate and proactive Lead Facilitator to join our growing team at Wildflower Meadows.
This is a hands-on role where you'll continue to work directly with young people while leading the day-to-day running of the provision. You'll support the facilitation team, build positive relationships with families and professionals, coordinate reports and referrals, and help ensure every young person receives exceptional, relationship-led support.
As a small organisation, we're looking for someone who is excited to contribute ideas, take ownership and help shape the future of Wildflower Meadows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the facilitator team.
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of the provision.
- Prepare and share the weekly plan.
- Lead daily team briefings and debriefs.
- Hold regular check-ins with staff and families.
- Coordinate referrals, admissions and new starters.
- Complete trial day observations and six-week settling reports.
- Coordinate and attend Annual Reviews.
- Oversee EHCP evidence, reports and documentation.
- Ensure consent forms, risk assessments and statutory records are up to date.
- Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL).
- Lead show rounds for families, professionals and commissioners.
- Support community visits, events and business development activities.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of Wildflower Meadows.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least three years' experience supporting children and young people with SEND, SEMH, EBSA or trauma-related needs.
- Has experience leading or supervising a team.
- Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Has experience contributing to EHCPs, Annual Reviews and professional reports.
- Builds positive relationships with children, families and professionals.
- Is organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
- Is confident using digital systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Enjoys working outdoors and within the local community.
- Shares our values and wants to contribute to the growth of our organisation.
Why Join Wildflower Meadows?
This isn't a role for someone who wants to simply turn up, do the day and go home.
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of building something special.
In return, you'll join a supportive, passionate team where your ideas are valued, your development is encouraged, and you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and young people every day.
If you're looking for a predictable role where every day is the same, this probably isn't the job for you. But if you're passionate about relationships, thrive in a small team and want to help shape the future of a growing organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
