Sous Chef - Bricklayers Arms - Chipstead nr Sevenoaks, Kent
We're always interested in talking to sous chefs about joining one of our teams when roles become available.
Whether you're all about proper British pub classics, love experimenting with specials, or want to bring something completely fresh to the table, we want to hear it.
What we’re after:
· Someone who genuinely loves cooking and has a solid background in pub/ bistro-style/ small plate food
· Confident running a small team in collaboration with the head chef
. Organised, efficient in service and prep required
· Happy to work closely with the head chef and GM to build something great
· Good with costings, ordering and keeping things tidy and compliant
What you’ll get:
· Full control of your menu with the Head Chef & GM – create your own dishes, change it up seasonally, make it yours
