About the Role
At Victrex, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Advisor to join our People Operations team and help deliver an exceptional payroll service to employees across the business.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Payroll Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.
You'll be responsible for:
Supporting the end-to-end payroll process.
Managing payroll changes, including starters, leavers and contractual amendments.
Processing and checking payroll data to ensure accuracy.
Advising employees and managers on payroll-related queries.
Supporting pension administration and statutory payments.
Working closely with HR colleagues and external providers.
Producing payroll reports and maintaining accurate records.
Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and internal controls.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in payroll administration or payroll processing
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident working with data, systems and spreadsheets
Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Able to manage confidential information professionally
Proactive, adaptable and keen to continuously improve processes
Experience within an HR or shared services environment would be advantageous.
