The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment process from start to finish, becoming a trusted partner to both clients and candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Winning new business and developing long-term client relationships
- Sourcing, interviewing, and managing high-calibre candidates
- Managing the entire recruitment process from initial briefing through to offer and placement
- Negotiating offers and providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates
- Building your own specialist market and developing a strong network
- Working towards achievable targets in a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing team
No previous recruitment experience is required. You'll receive hands-on training from experienced consultants who will help you develop into a successful recruiter.

- Confident communication and strong relationship-building skills
- A resilient, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
- Previous sales, customer-facing, or commercial experience is advantageous but not essential
- Able to work from the Redhill office and live within a commutable distance
