About Bridgeway
At Bridgeway, we work at the heart of the UK rail network, delivering safe, reliable access for engineering works across the country. We’re proud to be a people led business where safety comes first, development is encouraged, and hard work is recognised.

Confidence working independently
A safety first mindset
Willingness to learn and develop
Drive to build a long term career in rail
