WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Coordinator to support our store stock operations and eCommerce fulfilment. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, this role is crucial in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on inventory management and outbound order processing. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inbound Stock Management: Oversee deliveries, ensuring goods are checked, processed, and stored efficiently
- Stock Control: Lead and support regular stocktakes, maintaining high levels of stock accuracy
- Back-of-House Operations: Manage and maintain an organised and efficient stockroom, supporting daily operational flow
- Outbound eCommerce Fulfilment: Take full responsibility for picking, packing, and dispatching all online orders from store stock
- Order Accuracy & Timeliness: Ensure all orders are processed accurately and dispatched within agreed timeframes
- Click & Collect: Prepare and manage click & collect orders, ensuring they are ready for customer collection
- Inventory Systems: Maintain stock system accuracy, including stock transfers and updates
- Basic Reporting: Assist with reporting on stock movement and fulfilment performance
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in retail, stock control, or eCommerce operations is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage operational workloads efficiently
- Comfortable working with inventory systems, Shopify, or similar platforms (training provided)
- Basic Excel skills for reporting and stock tracking
