We're looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join our team.

Requirements
- Full, valid driving licence
- Previous experience as Mechanical Fitter with HGVs or agricultural vehicles
- Able to work independently, follow instructions and solve problems without close supervision
Day-to-Day Duties
- Servicing and routine maintenance of plant machinery
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
- Welding and fabrication repairs to machinery and equipment
- Replacing worn parts, including wear plates and conveyor belts
- Carrying out routine safety checks and inspections on plant and machinery
- Keeping accurate maintenance and service records
- Working safely and in line with site health and safety procedures
What We Offer
- £35,000 - £40,000 per year, dependent on experience
- Genuine progression for the right candidate, which may include funded training, upskilling opportunities and vehicle use
Hours & Terms
- Flexible working within core hours
- Availability for call-outs in the event of a breakdown
- 3-month probation period
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
