Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their food and beverage orders in a friendly, professional manner
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met at all times
- Prepare simple food items and beverages, including coffee, tea, and light snacks, adhering to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations throughout your shift
- Support with setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting areas for new guests
- Assist with catering events by providing excellent service and ensuring smooth operations
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently, including proper handling of food and beverages
Skills
- Previous experience in catering or restaurant service is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of serving techniques and hospitality best practices
- Barista experience is a plus, with familiarity in preparing quality coffee and specialty drinks
- Understanding of food safety standards to ensure hygienic practices at all times
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
