We are seeking an experienced Cleaner to join our property team in Norwich. The successful candidate will work 10 hours per week (2 hours per day, Monday to Friday), with working hours to be agreed but scheduled after 5pm. The salary for this role is £6,609.20 per annum, along with 25 days’ holiday entitlement. Additional overtime may be available on an ad hoc basis.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Conducting full centre communal cleaning and tenant office cleaning to a high standard, as per the cleaning schedule
· Carrying out facilities checks throughout the communal space, ensuring the centre is kept to a high standard
· Monitoring stock/consumables and liaise with Coordinators for ordering and deliveries
· Conducting monthly and quarterly deep cleans to a high standard
· Complying with COSHH risk assessment instructions
· Keeping cleaning cupboards tidy and in line with Health and Safety and FRA requirements
· Delivering excellent customer service to all users of the centre
Key Experience & Skills
· Experience of cleaning commercial space
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
· Strong awareness of COSHH and manual handling safety
· Good time management
· Flexibility to work overtime as required
· Ability to work under pressure
