Overview We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join a busy, high‑performing estate agency team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer‑facing environment, loves building relationships, and enjoys working towards targets in a fast‑paced property setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering new buyers and understanding their property requirements
- Conducting viewings and providing an exceptional customer experience
- Generating and following up on leads to maximise sales opportunities
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcome
- Providing regular vendor feedback and maintaining strong communication throughout the sales process
- Supporting the progression of sales through to completion
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Representing the brand professionally at all times
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in estate agency or a sales‑driven role
- Strong communication and rapport‑building skills
- Confident negotiator with a proactive, results‑focused approach
- Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage a busy workload
- Full UK driving licence (preferred for most roles)
