The Black Bull Hotel in Lauder, Scottish Borders is looking for a Breakfast Cook £15 per hour plus tips
Straight Morning shifts from 6.00am to approx 10am. 5 days per week (these days will change depending on requirements) . If more hours are required then they should have the ability to prep with the head chef.
The Breakfast Cook will have the opportunity to work with a professional team.
The Breakfast Cook will:
Be motivated and passionate about preparing food and presenting a quality breakfast.
Our guests pre-order the previous evening with a time which enables the breakfast cook to prepare and cook in advance. There are 15 rooms with an average 20 breakfasts over 2 hours
Be extremely reliable and have excellent timekeeping
Your own transport is essential.
Have the ability to work logically and methodically without the need for close supervision using your own initiative
Put breakfast dishes through dishwasher
Enjoy working in a busy/fast-paced environment
Pay: £15.00 per hour
