The kitchen has just been fully refurbished with the latest equipment and as Pastry Chef, you will work closely with a talented Head and team of 6 chefs to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen's high standards are maintained. There is a restaurant which serves breakfasts, lunches, Sunday lunches, and evening meals. The menus are regularly changed and consist of Modern British dishes cooked to award-winning standards, using fresh seasonal produce locally sourced.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate for this role can be at CDP up to Sous Chef Pastry level, and the salary will reflect experience
- You must have a minimum of 3 years' pastry experience and a stable background of working in award-winning establishments
