Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and serve promptly
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to bartending standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas to ensure a safe and inviting environment
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while providing attentive service
- Follow food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for bills and tips
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining high-quality service
- Familiarity with serving techniques, bar operations, and customer service principles
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Pay: £12.71 per hour
