Greenhatch Group Ltd have over 35 Years of experience in carrying out all forms of Geospatial Surveys in both the UK and International Markets. Due to continued success, the business has rapidly expanded and now employs in excess of 150 staff situated in a number of regional offices around the UK.
Our organisation prides itself on providing high-quality surveys through our Land, Building, Engineering and Utility Divisions, all undertaken by our highly trained and professional staff.
We are a friendly and welcoming employer and have a reputation for training and developing staff with no experience in our industry and building them up to be fully trained, skilled surveyors, who can competently lead their own surveying teams around the UK and Internationally.
WHY HAVE THE VACANCIES ARISEN?
Continued expansion means we are now looking for an Assistant Land Surveyor. Experience is not necessary, just a passion to learn and develop and build a new career in geo-spatial surveying.
WHAT DOES THE JOB ENTAIL?
Supporting experienced surveyors to undertake surveys around the UK, by collecting data using the appropriate equipment, for which training will be given.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB ROLE:
Ø Responsible for the operation, care and loading up of relevant surveying equipment and assisting with the accurate and detailed collection of survey data.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must hold a Full, UK Driving Licence
· Good communication skills
- Must be prepared to work away from home on a regular basis
· English and Maths at GCSE Grade 5 or above are desirable

Ø Able to use your own initiative
Ø Good timekeeper – this job involves a lot of early morning starts and punctuality is important
Ø Likes to travel around and experience different types of work environment, anything from construction sites, commercial premises, residential houses, fields, highways and castles, to name a few.
