Your Role
You will support people in their own homes with:
- Personal care
- Medication prompts
- Meal preparation
- Companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping
- Shopping
- Attending appointments and social activities
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
- Completing accurate care records
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Care experience preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided
- Kind, reliable, professional and passionate about delivering high-quality care
- An Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the DBS Update Service is essential for this role, as we require candidates who are able to start work immediately.
