Maison Ciao is seeking a polished, personable, and fashion-forward Bridal Stylist to join our team in London from September 25 through October 4, 2026, supporting our London Trunk Show and surrounding bridal appointments.
The Bridal Stylist will work directly with brides throughout their private appointments, delivering an elevated, highly personalized styling experience while representing Maison Ciao with warmth, confidence, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay + commission on sales.
This role is ideal for a stylist who is both client-experience focused and commercially driven, with the ability to build genuine relationships with brides while confidently guiding them through their purchasing decision.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide brides and their guests throughout private bridal appointments.
- Consult with each bride to understand her wedding vision, venue, personal style, sizing, and gown preferences.
- Recommend and style Maison Ciao gowns, veils, headpieces, and accessories based on each bride's individual aesthetic.
- Assist brides in and out of gowns while ensuring garments are handled carefully and presented beautifully.
- Properly clip and fit sample gowns to help brides visualize the intended silhouette and fit.
- Provide knowledgeable and confident guidance on silhouettes, fabrics, construction, customization possibilities, and styling.
- Create complete bridal looks through thoughtful accessory and veil pairings.
- Confidently guide the sales process from consultation through purchase, including identifying buying signals and helping brides finalize their selections.
- Support trunk show sales goals while maintaining a warm, consultative and non-pressured client experience.
- Accurately record client preferences, measurements, selected styles, customization requests, and appointment notes for follow-up.
- Maintain the presentation and organization of gowns, fitting rooms, accessories, and the overall showroom throughout the event.
- Work closely with the Maison Ciao team to ensure appointments remain on schedule and every bride receives a seamless luxury experience.
- Represent Maison Ciao with professionalism, discretion, warmth, and a strong understanding of luxury service.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in bridal styling, luxury fashion, personal styling, or high-end retail sales is strongly preferred.
- A proven ability to sell within a luxury, bridal, fashion, or appointment-based environment is a strong advantage.
- Naturally warm, confident, polished, and comfortable working closely with clients.
- Strong understanding of garment fit, proportions, silhouettes, and styling.
- Commercially minded and motivated by sales while maintaining an elevated client experience.
- Able to listen, build trust, overcome hesitation, and confidently guide clients toward purchasing decisions without being overly aggressive.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized in a fast-paced appointment environment.
- Comfortable handling delicate bridal gowns, couture pieces, veils, and accessories.
- Strong personal presentation and an appreciation for luxury fashion and bridal.
- Excellent spoken English and strong client communication skills.
- Must be based in London or able to work in London for the duration of the engagement.
- Must be available September 25 – October 4, 2026.
