Salary
£45,000 – £48,000 salary

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver disability assessments via phone, video or face-to-face
- Evaluate physical, cognitive, and mental health needs
- Review medical evidence and gather clinical insight
- Produce clear, objective clinical reports used to support benefit decisions
Fully Paid Training
- 6–12 weeks depending on experience
- Full-time, supported programme
- No annual leave permitted during the first 6 weeks
- We can work around your current notice period
Who We’re Looking For
You must be:
1. Professionally Registered (UK) as a:
- Registered Adult Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
- Physiotherapist
- Occupational Therapist
- Paramedic
- Pharmacist
(Adult clinical backgrounds only)
2. Experienced:
- 12+ months post-registration experience in an adult setting
- 1 year of recent UK clinical experience
- Clean, active NMC / HCPC / GPhC registration
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
3. Skilled In:
- Assessing long-term conditions
- Clear, detailed clinical report writing
- Confident IT skills (including talk & type capability)
