Evolution Fasteners Group manufacture and distribute premium quality, high performance fasteners for the construction industry, with operations in the UK, Eire and The Netherlands.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our procurement team, based in our Borehamwood, Hertfordshire head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and suppliers
- Communicate with supplies to obtain quotes and resolve any issues
- Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders when necessary
- Checking shipping documents and processing on Sage
- Calculating stock costing, booking goods inward and ensure timely delivery
- Produce shipping and various report
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on purchasing needs.
- Assist in shipping and logistics
- Provide support to other members of staff as needed
- Answering the telephone and other clerical work
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in purchasing or procurement is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
