Senior Building Surveyor | Central London | Hybrid
An established and growing independent building consultancy is looking to appoint a senior-level Building Surveyor to support its next phase of expansion.
You will join a high-performing team advising institutional investors, asset managers, commercial landlords and occupiers across some of London’s most prominent commercial assets.
This is a broad, senior Building Consultancy role with real autonomy, strong client exposure and a clear route to greater leadership responsibility.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects
- Delivering Contract Administration from inception to completion
- Undertaking Technical Due Diligence and building surveys
- Advising on dilapidations, defects and building pathology
- Managing key client relationships and project teams
- Mentoring junior surveyors and supporting business growth
What we’re looking for
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor is advantageous
- Consultancy experience
- Commercial property background
- Experience across projects and professional services
- Confident client-facing and relationship management skills
- Ambition to take ownership and influence future growth
Salary and benefits
- £65,000 to £80,000 depending on experience
