Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas and related menu items following established recipes and food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation, including ingredient assembly and kitchen organization to ensure efficient meal production
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations at all times
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers’ locations
- Greet customers at the counter or via phone, taking orders accurately and providing excellent service
- Handle cash register transactions, process payments, and issue receipts with precision
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate order preparation and delivery schedules
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations within a restaurant or culinary setting
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve guests courteously and professionally
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable navigating local routes efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary standards for pizza making is preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift ingredients or supplies, and perform routine cleaning tasks
- Able to operate wood fired pizza oven.
