Compliance and Systems Officer required for care home for adults with learning disabilities.

Part-time role: 24 hours per week worked Monday- Friday, days and hours TBC, possibility of additional hours for the right candidate.
Role Duties:
- Responsible for ensuring the policies, procedures, guidelines, systems and processes of the organisation meet and continue to meet the applicable statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team in administering the statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements, including compiling responses to regulators and inspection preparation.
- Responsible for the compliance audit plan and ensuring that compliance audits are conducted in accordance with required timelines.
- To keep abreast of the latest developments regarding CQC, PAMMS, Skills for Care, Data Protection (GDPR) /ICO, Home Office, ISO and any other relevant regulators
- Ensure the team is kept up to date with any changes to legislation and provide guidance.
Qualification/Experience for Role:
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer, or equivalent role, within a care home setting- minimum 2 years.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and requirements.
- Advanced IT skills in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, forms, and online meetings etc.
- HR and systems experience desirable.
Pay: £15.00 per hour
